in order to proceed with the final steps in the liquidation process of the old mother company we are obliged by law to convene an extra assembly for this decision. Since we have already converted the shares in the Norwegian company to the Swedish company for you as a shareholder, there are no open ends to this case. This is just a legal formality, which still has to be done.
